Our Federal Government was constituted by “We, the people of the United States,” in accordance with our nation’s Charter principles that:
(a) governments are “instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed”;
(b) the purpose of civil governments is to “secure” the unalienable rights of the people; and
(c) “whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute a new Government, laying its foundation on such principles, and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.”
We The People are the sole and preeminent power in this country. We The People have rights and liberties that the Government shall not infringe. Governments have no rights nor liberties, only restrictions placed upon them by the Constitution established by We The People. Government serves us. Government is subordinate to us - not and never the other way around.
